- Political unrest, acts of lawlessness, or terrorism
- Accidents or illness in remote locations with limited or no access to immediate medical care or evacuation facilities
- Green Planet Journey is not liable for the provision, quality, or adequacy of medical care that may be required or rendered during the tour.
- While the Company makes its best efforts to ensure reasonable safety measures, guests agree to hold Green Planet Journey harmless with respect to medical care or any related shortcomings.
- The Company is not responsible for risks or dangers arising from circumstances beyond its control.
- Payment of the booking deposit confirms that the guest acknowledges, accepts, and assumes these risks, and agrees to hold the Company harmless for the same.
- This tour package does not include travel insurance, accidental insurance, or medical insurance.
- Guests who wish to have such insurance coverage must arrange it independently at their own cost from the open market.
