- The Company is responsible only for the services that are specifically charged to and paid by the guest.
- Any services not paid for by the guest are considered suggested services only, and the Company is not liable to provide them or bear their costs.
- In case the tour program is changed or extended due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control—such as riots, floods, accidents, natural calamities, or man-made events—any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passengers.
- If any passenger is required to leave the tour midway due to reasons such as illness, death of a relative, or any personal reasons, no refund shall be applicable for the unused portion of the tour.
