Booking Policy
- All Booking should be provided via mail.
- The holding period for any booking will be up to 2 working days (48hrs) after that it will be considered as cancelled.
- Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 40% of the total amount and the balance amount must be paid before the end of the trip.
- An invoice will be raised after the full payment.
Payment Policy: -
- A payment of 40% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirmation.
- The remaining 60% must be paid at least one day before the end of the trip.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, or any other mutually agreed method.
- Any transaction or bank charges incurred must be borne by the client.
Cancellation Policy :-
- 30 Days from the date of journey - 25 % Cancellation Charge of the package cost.
- Within 15 days from the date of journeyCancellation Charge will be 65 % of the package cost.
- Within 10 days from the date of journey- Cancellation Chargewill be 80 % of the package cost.
- Less than 08 days from the date of journey - Full Cancellation charge or No Refund.
Reschedule Policy :-
- If bookingneeds to be rescheduled, we will be pleased to help regardingsuch an issue.
- Rescheduling any reservation is subject to room availability.
- Rescheduling any reservation should be within 60 days.
- Rescheduling any reservation after60 days will be considered as a cancellation
