Booking Policy

  • All Booking should be provided via mail.
  • The holding period for any booking will be up to 2 working days (48hrs) after that it will be considered as cancelled.
  • Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 40% of the total amount and the balance amount must be paid before the end of the trip.
  • An invoice will be raised after the full payment.

Payment Policy: - 

  • A payment of 40% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirmation. 
  • The remaining 60% must be paid at least one day before the end of the trip.
  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, or any other mutually agreed method.
  • Any transaction or bank charges incurred must be borne by the client.

 

Cancellation Policy :-

  • 30 Days from the date of journey - 25 % Cancellation Charge of the package cost.
  • Within 15 days from the date of journeyCancellation Charge will be 65 % of the package cost.
  • Within 10 days from the date of journey- Cancellation Chargewill be 80 % of the package cost.
  • Less than 08 days from the date of journey - Full Cancellation charge or No Refund.

 

Reschedule Policy :-

  • If bookingneeds to be rescheduled, we will be pleased to help regardingsuch an issue.
  • Rescheduling any reservation is subject to room availability.
  • Rescheduling any reservation should be within 60 days.
  • Rescheduling any reservation after60 days will be considered as a cancellation
